I hope life is treating you well.

There are so many changes happening at once.

New season. Daylight savings. Now, the leader of the "free world".


There are so many factors, moving parts, divisions and rapid changes from one to the other, to process. Each outside factor has a great impact on your internal relationships with self, loved ones, colleagues, and so forth. So, I want to check in. How are you? How are you truly?


Physical Check-in:

  • When was your last meal?

  • Drink of water?

  • When was the last time you took a long hot shower?

  • When was the last time you took you time with your body. No alarms set. Moving at your own pace for the moment. No one needs you today, but you, kind of a day.


Mental Check-in:

  • Have you had a moment to breathe for the day?

  • How many how hours do you sleep at night? Do you need more?

  • Have you been patient with yourself and allowing compassion, understanding and patients for self as you would for a friend, sibling and/or lover?


Emotional Check-in:

  • When was the time you had a good cry? No one is around to hear or see you.

  • When was the last time you felt heard or even listened to without fear of judgement?

  • Who was the last person that checked in on you?

  • Who was the last person you checked in, on?


Spiritual Check-in:

  • When was the last time you asked for help? Clear path? A sign?

  • When was the last time you felt a sense of peace?

  • Have you been trusting your process?
