Thank you for tuning into part 2 of this. I decided to break it down into sections for easy digestion (*fingers crossed*).

Enjoy!

6. Have I moved my body today, in a way that feels good?

Physical activity, whether it’s a walk, yoga, stretching, or a workout, can boost mood and energy. This question encourages you to find a form of movement that makes you feel good, rather than focusing on intensity. If you have to cook dinner tonight, dance to some of your favorite music. include the family or a special loved one for fun memories! Be intentional with what you do with your body for the next week. See how it responds back to you <3

7. What is one thing I can do today to nurture my soul or spirit?

Self-care isn’t just about the body—it’s also about nourishing your spirit. Whether it’s through art, music, nature, or spiritual practices, this question helps you connect to a deeper sense of purpose or peace.

  • What are the reoccurring thoughts that lives rent free in your head?

  • Repeating tasks or activity reminders (that you KNOW will feel so good once you compete it).

    • It can be completing a project, starting a project, or continuing a project.

    • And, the project could be, creating your dream life!!

8. Have I set any boundaries today to protect my well-being?

Boundaries are essential for maintaining healthy relationships and avoiding burnout. Not only is it important for you to set boundaries with others, setting one with yourself has to be a top priority, top tier, top notch.

  • Setting boundaries with how you speak to yourself.

  • Setting boundaries with sticking to a new routine that will give you the feels and life you are desiring.

  • Setting boundaries on how you will show up for YOURSELF moving forward!

9. What am I grateful for today?

Gratitude has been shown to improve mental health and overall well-being. Focusing on what you're thankful for, no matter how small, can shift your perspective and bring a sense of calm. Once I incorporated gratitude in my daily routine, I can look at anything and everything in my life and see a "silver lining, glass half full" kind of a speech. Speaking with actual joy and appreciation is the key. Speaking with actual gratification is key.

I believe, even the folks who are ambitious enough to "fake it until you make it", are actually putting in real effort. Most times behind the scenes.

10. Have I given myself time to rest and recharge today?

Whether it’s through naps, relaxation, or quiet time, rest is crucial for recharging your energy and avoiding stress. This question ensures you're not neglecting your need for downtime. I thrive in a high paced environment (i.e my mind) - it's usually a good time. I have learned my signs of when I need to slow down and/or rest (stop completely). Understanding what is best for your body in a time of need comes from already building trust with yourself. Trusting that you know what is best for you. And, you do it. Every time. And when you do, be kind and understanding of the need for rest. You're human <3

Thank you for reading! See you in part 3!
